  1. Set aside time to work towards your goals
    This sounds easier than it is, but it’s like studying in school, a whole year is never done in one day. Just start with doing a few minutes for the hardest of these goals
  2. Define your goals and what you’ll do today to move towards them
    You don’t have to work on all of them today, pick something that is manageable and do the smallest of steps
  3. Know that you deserve better
    This isn’t about entitlement and no one owes you anything, but you do know what is better for you and working towards them improves your outcomes
